You know this two authors researched for many years great companies like Motorola, Nordstorm, 3M, Boeing, Marriott, to name a few why they are so successful, why they are "visionary" companies that had survived all these years and had grown tremendously. If you want to know how these companies did it, you have to read this book, it tells you the habits of these successful companies, and how you can also applied it to your business. So I recommend you tremendously if you want to make a visionary lasting company, look no further.
